I, Dr. Sandhya (MA. M.ED, PHD) have been serving as Princiapl in R.B.R. B.ED College at shyampur Bairo, vaishali, a renowned educational trust in Bihar. I, feel and understand the very norm of education, have been working through out my life to kindle the light of education. I am very fond of working as a friend, philosopher and guide to the students. To produce a good and skilled student for the nation is my only goal of life.

From the very core of my tender heart, I am very eager to serve our motherland by kindling the light of education. I am proud of my well qualified and co-operative staffs and colleagues who heartily cooperate me in better functioning of the college. In my eyes, all the boys and girls are like my own children, I never feel and discrimination on the basis of color, caste and creed. All are equal in my eyes. I am willing to lead this college, to the climax of glory in near future.
